Quantum Salisbury Centre LLP, Landlord of the vibrant Cross Keys Arcade in Salisbury, has recently completed a lease with TK Maxx, with the retailer retaining its space in the Arcade until 2027. The off-price retailer of fashion and home furnishings will be investing in a new fit-out for their space, alongside Quantum’s refurbishment of the Arcade located on the Guildhall Square in the city centre.
Michael Butcher, Commercial Financial Director of Quantum Group, said:
“We are delighted to have agreed this lease with TK Maxx. The retail landscape continues to evolve, with UK retailers typically receiving lower footfall but higher per capital spend than in prior years, with key trading events producing noticeable peaks in activity. As such, location is key, with retailers needing to be in prime locations for their shoppers. Cross Keys Arcade bucked the national trend last year with a 3.5% increase of footfall from over 850,000 visitors. It is a significant vote of confidence in Cross Keys Arcade, its location and robust footfall that TK Maxx are able to commit to a longer lease for their unit.”
