Producing full construction design packages, the team ensures the efficient delivery of technical information in accordance with Building Regulations. They both manage and liaise directly with external consultants and local authorities, throughout the detailed design process. This includes the discharge of all planning conditions, checking and integration of engineering design and the resolution of all surveying appraisals/queries raised from Building Control. The team strives to create value with cost effective, attractive and sustainable buildings, that are pleasant to occupy and crucially sensitive to the surrounding and extended environment.
Our highly skilled and experienced Civils team undertakes the planning and construction of all groundworks, from pathways and roads, drainage, foundations and landscaping preparation. Usually the first on site, the team’s work sets out the precedent for the rest of the development teams to follow.
Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and a range of directly employed operatives are tasked with implementing the vision of our Planning, Technical and Interior Design teams, producing high quality developments within budget and on programme. Our in-house Procurement Department, explores markets worldwide, sourcing agreements with both suppliers and sub-contractors, to achieve outstanding results and quality materials.
The interior fit out for all Quantum developments starts from conceptual ideas, through to the progression of a full interior design. Detailed specifications are created collaborating internally with both the technical and procurement teams, to establish detailed specifications are sourced and implemented.
